At The Case & Co, we want you to love your tech accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard cases and electronic peripherals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package for transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
